The other picture in this Collection - 'The Seer of the maelstrom' - suggested that the world that's external to us comprises a maelstrom of events and opinions that can leave us drained if we don't control our own internal maelstrom.
This picture takes a more nuanced view and suggests the external world comprises multiple entwined threads that together form a matrix of processes rather than single events or phenomena. In other words, the choices we make in life are between threads of consequences and that individual decisions and external events generate a causal chain reaction. In this way, everything becomes related to one another and however we move through the world, we both contribute to the creation of these threads - we're all part of each other's matrix - and are led by the causal threads we choose to follow by making decisions. A decision could be a minor as choosing what to have for lunch or as significant as whether or not to have children.
In other words, we make our own lives through the decisions we make and the opinions we hold, and therefore the judgements we make.
Unless of course I'm overthinking it all !

FAQ

How are my prints made?.
Your picture will be printed to order on a museum quality (archival) 340gsm (grams per sq metre) polyester/cotton blend canvas with a matte/satin finish.
It will be printed using the latest multiple colour giclee process, with water based, latex inks, and the whole picture will then treated with a coating that protects the colours from UV light
The frames are 17mm deep and are hand made from solid oak, including the black or white versions.

How easy will it be to hang my picture?
All canvases come with sawtooth hangers and are ready to hang on your wall as soon as they arrive.

How long will it take for my picture to arrive?
I ask that you allow ten days for the production of your picture and for delivery to you. Usually, the process is faster than this.
Please see the 'Info' page for more on shipping (new tab).

Returns
Basically, if goods arrive faulty or damaged in transit, they will be replaced free of charge upon you presenting good photographic evidence.
If you change your mind, I'm afraid I operate an 'all sales are final' no returns policy. There are good reasons for this seemingly harsh approach that explained on the 'Info' page.

Colour accuracy.
Computer screens differ from each other in how they display different colours. And the way colours are reproduced on canvas or paper is different again from how it is displayed on a screen. The printing process is calibrated to account for these factors but there might be slight differences from the way a given colour appears on screen and appears on your print.
