Delivery destinations

Products on this website are only available for shipping the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland, and the UK. The US, Canada and Australia will be added soon.

Other countries

Due to incompatibilities between the Shopify software and destination categories in the shipping software, and also high shipping costs, canvases cannot currently be shipped to any European country not in the list above. The US, Canada and Australia will be added in due course.

I'm sorry about this, especially as I live in Cyprus. The GOOD NEWS is that there will soon be a range of art prints, up to 1 x 1.4m in size, printed on fine art paper and offered with a range of frame designs and passpartout. These will be freely available to order , through this website, for delivery to all of Europe.

Shipping and taxes

I subsidise shipping for all orders apart from those in the UK where, for some reason, shipping costs are much cheaper.

If you order more than one print at a time (2 or more in the same order), shipping costs for the additional prints are considerably reduced.

For the UK as shipping destination - your prints will be printed to order by a selected printing company in the UK. This way, you will not pay import duties across the UK / EU border.

I am not yet VAT registered so there is none to see on your invoices. So displayed prices include all taxes.

Returns

Damaged upon receipt

When the picture is delivered to you, please take a moment to examine the packaging for signs of significant damage. The packaging is robust and can sustain typical knocks but anything big that could have damaged the content should be taken up with the courier at that point.
Carefully unpack the picture in case you need the packaging.
If the picture has been damaged in transit, send me good photographic evidence of the damage. This should include:
1/ Clear photographs of both the external packaging and the internal packaging.
2/ Clear photos of the damage to the picture.
3/ Photos of the whole picture to place the damage in context.
4/ Clear photo of the shipping label and any barcodes.

This will be assessed and if it's considered appropriate, a replacement item will be shipped. There is no guarantee of a replacement however, and a refund will not be considered. It may be required that
you return the item before a replacement can be sent.

You change your mind

Pictures are made to order according to your specifications. As such they are not subject to the EU 14 day 'cooling off period' legislation and I'm under no obligation to accept returns.
However, if you do change your mind within the statutory 14 day period, whilst you'll break my heart :-). contact me and we can talk about it. Whatever happens, you will be responsible for sending the picture back by courier (any other means will forfeit a refund) in as new condition in the original packaging and please be aware that courier costs to Cyprus are high.

All images are watermarked in multiple locations, but subtly so as not to spoil the viewing experience of the observer. Furthermore, all images are tracked by Pixsy, and regular reverse image searches are conducted. Anyone found using these images without permission will be pursued by Pixsy, and it will be expensive for them. (I know you're mostly lovely people and wouldn't dream of it, but there's always someone...)​
